How OFC works

To hit entities fast, you should have Better Hurt Timer or a mod to delete i-frames, for example, NoDaml.
So, the author wants to release a mod that is convenient for a dual-wielding match system with separate cool-downs.
It’s compatible with most mods and requires MixinBootstrap when Mixin is not valid. More importantly, it contains a coremod.
