Snow Under Trees 1.17.1/1.16.5 is a mod that is available in the Fabric version. It will allow snow in the game to appear under the trees.
What is Snow Under Trees Mod?
It’s a release that has made an ability that many players have ever expected.
The new possibility will start whenever the new chunks spawn. However, that event can also happen when it’s snowing.
Keep in mind that only biomes where it is cold enough to snow!
You cannot find that in normal forests, for example, because the current release can’t influence those places.

Configuration
There are options to interact with.
You can search for the config file in the config folder of your .minecraft directory or the main server directory. Try to restart the game after updating config values! So, you can:
Set the “enable_biome_feature” to false to disable snow from creating under trees when new chunks pop up.
Choose “enable_when_snowing” to false to turn off snow from starting if it’s snowing.
For “filtered_biomes”, nothing can affect any biomes whose biome IDS are added here.
