In fact, ComPatchedStorage [Forge] Mod 1.14.4/1.12.2 is an updated fork of Compact Storage. It includes all the original fixes provided by ComPished Storage in 1.12.

About ComPatchedStorage mod

This is one of the best addons for Minecraft. It will take the original CompactStorage mod to the next level. Although this addon keeps all the original fixes from the previous mod, it brings some new fixes for some issues.

• Added IItemHandler capability to Compact Chests, allowing most modified machines to work with it.
• Removed broken no-NBT compact chest from JEI.
• Fix fences connected to Compact Chests.
• Disable log spam on button click in chest builder.
• Fixed NBT over sync in backpacks, compact chests, and chest generators.
• Fixes an issue where the hopper interacts with the chest generator.
• Features are usable with events or registry overrides.
• This is not a core mod. Any item that is overwritten will show its owner as “ComPishedStorage” instead of “CompactStorage”.
