NotEnoughIDs Mod 1.12.2/1.10.2/1.7.10 is actually a coremod. It’s available for you to extend the hardcoded ID limitation for the blocks in the game with the present support.
NotEnoughIDs Main Features

Increase ID limit for blocks to 65535
Expands the ID limit for items to 65534 (beginning from version 1.5.3.1 for 1.10 and from 1.5.4.1 for 1.11)
Installing
You’d better create a backup of the Minecraft installation folder and complete steps as usual at first.
Compatibility
It’s compatible with pre-NEID worlds. It can exist with Underground Biomes Constructs, with Optifine and Fastcraft.
But, it’s incompatible with a few other mods.
Notes
Worlds spawned with NEID cannot go with clients without it.
It’s recommended to use JEID.
