CrocMod 1.15.2/1.14.4 adds aggressive crocodiles and alligators to Minecraft. Due to having these hostile creatures, the wild environment is more dangerous.

All crocodiles brought by this Mobs mod make their appearances in all proper biomes. These biomes originate from the BiomeGenBase class. Hence, you will catch sight of these creatures in biomes coming from the ExtraBiomesXL mod. If the biomes are cold or come from the Nether or the End, you will not see those creatures. There are some characteristics about the crocodiles that you need to know:
- You will encounter them in biomes such as swamps, rivers, beaches, water areas, or wet areas.
- There are three types of crocodiles, including common crocodile, large crocodile, and alligator.
- The common crocodile launches attacks at creatures of the likes of sheep, pigs, cows, and even players. It attacks them regardless of day or night.
- You have to utilize a weapon to kill the crocodiles. You can outrun it due to its slow speed.
- The eyes of these creatures glow at night, so you can catch sight of them easily.
- Although some crocs are aggressive, there are still some that are friendly. You cannot tame or breed the passive ones.
CrocMod is free to use. However, its performance is based on Minecraft Forge. Thus, installing Forge is the first step you must do if you want to use this mod.
