GraveStone Mod 1.18.1/1.16.5/1.12.2 has dropped a gravestone, rituals, and zombies into your world. Here is the list of information about the basic function and other details.

These are the main data within the current mod.
Grave
When you die, a grave will appear at your position. To retrieve items, please break that chunk! There is a configuration option to regain them by sneaking (1.16.3+ only).
Right-clicking on that block will open a description of the player’s death.
Sorting (1.16.3+)
Since 1.16.3 – 2.0.0, it can store your stuff back into slots.
Obituary
You gain an obituary if you die. Disable it via the config!
It comprises the name, dimension, date, coordinates, an image, a list of assets you had.
It’s feasible to enable the automatic removal in the config!
Name the grave
Possible to craft and give graves names
Naming in an anvil and have custom text displayed on your place
Customization
Enter the config and you can edit something such as:
The text’s color
When the skull should be rendered
If you’d like to gain the obituary on the death
And more
Recovering lost items
You can recover them with the corresponding command.
It’s easy to have a pre-made restore command by sneaking and using RMB on the obituary as an admin.
Other circumstance
The grave spawns at the adjacent empty spot above your location when you die inside a block.
If you fall into the void, it’s at Y = 1.
GraveStone mod requires Minecraft Forge to begin!
