In fact, this mod also has no start command, just put it in your game and you will start to shrink. This will happen every two minutes. Your size will be reset upon exiting the world to prevent you from becoming too small to make the game unplayable. You shrink the IRL to the equivalent of an inch, starting at 5’11 and scaling down. Obviously, this mod will give you a lot of new experiences when playing games.
