Broken Name Tags 1.18.1/1.17.1/1.16.5 is a Fabric mod. When a certain entity or a pet that has a name meets its end, it releases a name tag that is broken.
You can add custom names to your pets or some entities in Minecraft. Hence, when they meet their end, they drop nothing but some broken name tags if you apply the mod above. The name tags are not just the common ones. Instead, they represent a memento of your dead pet or entity. On a name tag, you will see the name of the pet as well as the death message. However, the name tags can sometimes take damage. So, if you want to fix them, you must put a string in a crafting table to surround them.
Before you use Broken Name Tags in the mod, you must make sure that both Fabric Modloader and Fabric API are already installed. They are the elements that decide the functioning of the mod.
