Buildcraft Mod 1.12.2/1.7.10 adds a lot of machines and tools, in which, pipes are the main feature. They belong to a system that will allow for automation in the game.
About Buildcraft
The port to 1.16 versions of Minecraft has begun. But, it’s not available. You should use the 1.12.2 release while it’s missing some features. Deploy the 1.7.10 releases as an alternate if you want to utilize either of those.
There is no backport to 1.10.2.
It is open-source.
Pipes
They can transport fluid, energy, and items between inventories or machines.
They have various types with particular functions. These comprise Wooden, Cobblestone, Stone, Sandstone, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Emerald, and Obsidian.
It’s possible to combine pipes with Pipe Sealant. They create Fluid Pipes that can move liquids or with Redstone to produce Kinesis Pipes to convey mechanical energy.
