Chunk Animator Mod 1.18.1/1.16.5/1.12.2 can animate the new chunks when they pop up from below or above. They will be visible in a special way instead of appearing instantly as previously.
Chunk Animator Description
It offers a fresh method for the chunks that were loaded in vanilla Minecraft. They are actually animated.
The mod will not significantly influence FPS because what it implements is to render chunks “somewhere else”.
How to use
After the installation, it’ll be in mode 0. In other words, every chunk will start from below.
In the config, you can switch between 5 modes and reset the duration of the animation.
Besides, it’s feasible to turn on an option to make the target that is nearby the player not animate.
It’s possible to set again the easing function!

Chunk Animator is a cosmetic mod supporting OptiFine. It requires you to download and install Minecraft Forge so it can start to operate.
