DiscordCraft 1.12.2 is a mod for client side. You know that you are in the main menu, single, or multiplayer mode through a Discord Rich Presence.
This is a miscellaneous mod with a special ability. By adding the Discord Rich Presence, players will know where they are. They can be in the main menu or in the game modes including single and multiplayer. Besides, the mod also gives help to other mods as well as utilizes the dimension name given by the mod itself.

- Vanilla dimensions
- Hunting dimensions
- Twilight Forest
- RFTools: It includes the name got from the dimension added in the Rich Presence.
- Galacticraft: You will see planets, moons, as well as places on a space station.

The mod functions well in the game only when it has Minecraft Forge installed.
