About Familiar Fauna
It is a release by Forstriide and Glitchfiend. It actually dropped into the game some creatures. They are Deer, Turkey, and Butterfly.
Currently, the author abandoned it. In other words, you cannot get any updates. 1.0.11 is the last version.
Therefore, you do not have permission to port the product or re-use its assets. You cannot contact them as well.
Familiar Fauna is a mod about the mobs. It requires Minecraft Forge.
