FPS Reducer Mod 1.18.2

FPS Reducer 1.18.2 is a mod that decreases unessential GPU and CPU load by cutting down the frame rate. It happens if you’re not running Minecraft for a certain time.

After the user performs any operation, it will come back to the initial frame rate.

Features

Lower FPS automatically under conditions below:
No user operation for the specified period of time.
The game window is not active or minimized.
Suppress sound volume when Minecraft’s window is not working or minimized.
Show the existing FPS on the screen edge.
Display CPU usage of client thread (v1.14~)

Recommended in cases:

When leaving the game operating without carrying out any task. For instance, with automated agriculture and/or industry.
When doing other work and running MC in the background at once
When you’d like to extend the lifespan of your PC even a bit
When the room is hot…

How to use

By default, if there is no operation within 5 minutes, the frame rate will be 10.
Press PAUSE to bring down FPS by hand (new feature in 1.16)
Hit END to open the configuration GUI by default
