The mod can carry out various jobs such as:
Glow a monster that is preventing you from sleeping
Disable phantoms that are surrounding you
Heal you when you wake up after a refilling rest
However, that is not all. The 1.16 version is still in BETA. You can receive more abilities when it’s complete.
Features
It’s easy to turn on/off each of them in the config file. These are General Options.

Options for how beds are set a new spawn point:
vanilla: keep normal vanilla behavior
never: fully stop beds from setting the character spawn point, only prevents new spawn points from creating though
interact: make beds generated the spawn point when clicking
button: displays a button above the Leave Bed button
chat: a chat message
Changing bed timings:
customize Min and Max sleeping time
configure sleeping during thunderstorms and/or rain
reset the default You can sleep only at night or during thunderstorm message
add day time tooltip to clock item
wake up immediately after going to bed
custom wake up time
