RpgDifficulty Mod 1.18.2/1.17.1/1.16.5 is a Fabric mod that improves the health aspect of mobs. They can now recover their health over distance.

To keep them increasing, you should use RpgDifficulty. The purpose of the mod is to grow the mobs’ health and damage over time and distance. So, they will have more strength for their battles and adventures.
You can configure RpgDifficulty to your likings. Since the mod is made for Fabric, you have to install Fabric Modloader and Fabric API for it to function in the game.
