Trick or Treat [Forge] Mod 1.17.1/1.16.5 adds many different mob-themed candies to Minecraft World. Each of the new candies has a unique look and dissimilar effects.
About Trick or Treat
It is a release that the owner developed for the MMD SpookyJam. Besides, it’s a mod that aims at multiplayer.
During the month of October, numerous mobs are able to drop goodie bags that include rare candies.
Opening bags will grant you 1 candy. If you trade them to a buddy or somebody, you will receive double.
List of Candies:
Firefingers (Blaze) – players can set mobs on fire by attacking them.
Fizzlers (Creepers) – create an explosion that causes damage to surrounding opponents and throws the player into the mid-air. But, it does not break any block.
Deadish Fish (Drowned) – offers a riptide effect so players can bolt through the water.
Pearl Pops (Enderman) – teleports the character to the place where they are looking at.
Screambursts (Ghast) – an effect of Trick or Treat that makes the creatures run away from your player.
Eye-ce Cream (Guardian) – you will get haste and swiftness.
Membrane Butter Cups (Phantom) – you can loot health from the foes after hitting them.
Bonebreakers (Skeleton) – Attacking mobs will provide them a paralyzed effect. The ability will freeze them in place for a while.
Slime Gum (Slime) – Hit mobs to make a paralyzed effect. It freezes the target for a couple of seconds.
Chocolate Covered Spider Eye (Spider) – you can climb walls.
Sour Patch Zombies (Zombie) – you can change villagers into zombies when you hit them.
Notes!
Because it is a seasonal mod, it’s a project that the owner wants to work on consistently in the long term. So, you should not hope for many updates past the submission deadline of October 20th.
