Ceramics Mod 1.16.5/1.12.2/1.10.2 is a Minecraft mod taking inspirations from clay buckets from Iguana Tinker Tweaks. It will help to increase the gameplay of Minecraft by using clay. Read the article below to have more information.

The mod comes along with the aim of increasing options early game with the use of clay. The main function of the mod is to add a clay bucket as well as various other early-game usages for clay like Barrels, Shears, etc. Moreover, it adds different decorative clay-based blocks. Actually, it aims to enhance the early game and serve in long-term builds.

Tools:

• Clay buckets:

• They are bucket alternatives.
• They are used to easily transport cold liquids. However, it will be broken after emptying a hot liquid.
• They are completely dynamic and will come with automatic additions of variants for many mods that use the Forge universal bucket.

• Clay armor:

• In fact, it is quite difficult to get leather before iron. Therefore, clay will offer a more suitable alternative.

• Clay shears:

• They are affordable alternatives for iron shears.
• Their durability is less than the iron alternative.
• Shears will be more quickly and sharper than iron shears due to the reason clay is a sharper material.

 

Fluids:

• Clay barrels:

• They are an expandable fluid storage block.
• They include a total of 17 clay colors and the capacity is 4 per barrel, comes with extra 16 porcelain colors with the capacity of 6 buckets per barrel.
• Via extensions, the capacity will be more expanded.
• In order to check the level, you can right-click on the barrel or you can use the comparator on the bottom block of the barrel.

• Porcelain Faucets:

• They enable us to extract simple fluid.
• Right-click or use Redstone to activate them. They will gradually pour until the tank below is completely filled or run out of fluid.

• Porcelain Channels:

• They enable to transport of simple fluid.
• They are impossible to extract fluids and need a faucet to fill, but they push fluids into close blocks or tanks.

Decorations:

• Porcelain: It is a decorative block that is the same as stained clay but with the more realistic colors and does not include the orange tint.
• Fancy Bricks: They are 6 extra styles of bricks coming with a more random pattern
• Porcelain Bricks: They are white variants of bricks. They can be used to craft walls, stairs, and slabs.
