Consulars’ Origins Mod 1.18.1/1.17.1 adds plenty of different Origins to the game. Each of the new origins will come up with its own features, abilities, and even cons.

Here is the list of the existing origins in the mod.
Axolotl
Possible to regenerate health if necessary.
Gains 5 additional minutes of oxygen after leaving water
Swims at a higher pace
Can mine blocks in water easily
But, they can’t breathe on land
Husk
Attack the target can cause poison to the victim
Can jump higher
Move faster
However, the author decreased its size by 50%.
Additionally, their hearts are 5 less.
Brute
Axes inflict +2 damage
10 extra hearts
Piglins will not hit you.
Feasible to rage
Move slower
Cannot equip light armor
Only consume meat
Gnome
Break blocks easier
Jump higher
Roam more rapidly
Collect 1+ damage boost when using pickaxes
But, -50% size and -5 fewer hearts
Skeleton
Throw an arrow whenever (main ability)
Speed up with swords
Evolve into Wither Skeleton after beating the wither
Daylight can burn it.
Stoneling
Visible in the dark
Immune to hunger and poison
Break the stone with fists
Have natural armor
Evolve into Golem if getting the Golem Totem
But, it will burn in daylight.
Its spawn point locates in a mineshaft.
