Abilities
He is good at attacking the foes. At first, he will summon a terrifying ice cloud. It will fly above and keep track of the rival within 3 seconds.
Then, that item will suddenly fall down and quickly hit the opponent. It causes moderate damage and makes Slowness V & Nausea happen.
In case you can beat him, he will drop the Ice Wand. After using, the wand will be set on cooldown for 20 secs. Note! That possibility just exists for 64 attempts.
