More Overlays Updated 1.16.5

More Overlays Updated Mod 1.18.2/1.17.1/1.16.5 features some overlays that come from Not Enough Items (NEI). You can launch it on the client-side only.

This is an Addons mod for NEI mod, which is only for version 1.15.2 and versions from 1.16.1 to 1.16.5. If you are using the NEI mod, then it will be crucial for you to install this addon. There are several types of overlays you can turn on in Minecraft, for instance:

Light Level / Mob spawns:

It displays a yellow X on blocks if the mobs appear at night. But, if it is a red X, it means the monsters always have a chance to spawn.
When you press F7, you will turn on this overlay.

Chunk Boundaries: There are three modes with different functions, for instance:

The first mode: Red lines in the corners are visible while the middle of the chunk has a yellow line.
The second mode: A green grid appears on the chunk’s edges.
The third mode: a Minecraft area is defined by the green grid. In the top left corner, you will see the matching area to save the file.
You press F9 to turn on this overlay.

Inventory Item Search (must have JEI installed):

To find items, you double-click on the JEI Search Field, which is the same in NEI.
Once enabled, you can start finding items in JEI. If the items in the inventory don’t fit the filter, they will be marked in black.
Ever since version 1.15, the custom named items can be found.

The operation of More Overlays Updated depends on Minecraft Forge. So, you have to install Forge in advance.
