Village Employment Mod 1.18.2/1.16.5 adds lots of villages to Minecraft. You can come to villages to work there and have a career.

Now, you can have a profession in a village thanks to the Cosmetic mod – Village Employment. The mod adds many villages that are hiring players. Hence, you can get there to start working. You can work in villages with lots of unique professions in the Village Employment mod. This will diversify your gameplay, and you will find it more interesting.
