Fabric Enchantments Mod 1.18.2/1.17.1/1.16.5 will supply a lot of new enchantments for Fabric users. It is also available for them to take control of these items their way.

It’s now easy to interact with the config file! So, you can disable each enchantment separately.
Besides, there is a backup config file. It can set again the main config if you delete or change something.
List of existing enchantments in-mod for
Weapon:
Consume I-III: replenish your hunger
Ice Aspect I-II: slow down the opponent
Poison Aspect: poison the rival on each hit
Experience I-II: more experience when defeating entities
Beheading: creepers, zombies, skeletons can drop their head
Paralysis: freeze the target
God of the Sea: provide water breathing
Bow:
Rise I-III: float in the air after taking a hit
Sniper I-II: cause more damage
Armor:
Tank I-V: receive more max health
Ender Mind: teleport away from the enemy who has attacked you
Nocturnal: be invisible temporarily after somebody hits you
Sugar Rush: move fast and jump higher
Pumpkin Head: stare at the enderman
Tool:
Double Swing: has a 5% chance to swing two times
God of Thunder: has a 5% chance to call for lightning
Auto Smelting: get smelted versions of broken blocks
