Inventory Hotswap Mod 1.18.1/1.17.1/1.16.5 is a client-side mod. It will allow the player in-game to switch the position of the items in the column that they want.

With the current support, you are able to swap the selected objects with the ones in the list above it.
How to start
You need to keep the keybind (default: Left Alt).
Scroll the mouse wheel to search for the target you’re going to change.
After the creation resets the classic GUI overlay, you will gain some options. They’re useful to configure their GUI if the keybind is pressed.
With number keys from 1 to 3, you can pick everything quickly.
You can implement the same action for a row of inventory at once whilst holding Alt and sneaking.
To modify how the selection bar appears, please visit .minecraft/config/inventoryhotswap-client.toml and opt for one setting.
Note! Fabric users will edit the file at .minecraft/config/inventoryhotswap.json
