LimeLib Mod 1.12.2/1.11.2/1.10.2 is just a library mod but it can help other mods run in the game. It is also used for updating those mods.
This API and Library mod for Minecraft is nothing on its own. Instead, it must be used with other mods made by MrRiegel. It is a core mod that maximizes resources savings and gives support to various mods at the same time.
Because it is a supporting library, you usually see it in the “requirement” section when you install mods that function on it. All those mods share a common code structure. Hence, to decrease the file size and for better optimization, the author added that basic code into this library.
You have to install the library before you install other mods that require to have the library to run, for instance:
- Charge Pads
- Furnus
- Storage Network
- Transprot
Without the installation of LimeLib, the game cannot be loaded in the main menu and may experience an error. Besides, you also have to install Minecraft Forge to run this library.
