Overworld Quartz Mod 1.18.1/1.16.5/1.12.2 for Minecraft Forge presents a variant of quartz to Overworld. By default, it is somewhat rarer than Nether’s quartz.
Ores and Resources seem to be always amazing elements to exploit. They are also a factor that draws the attention of players. With the mod above, it adds new quartz to Overworld. However, to get it, you must use a Stone pick or even higher. The spawn rate of the new quartz is kind of similar to the spawn rate of iron ore. In the past, you used to use portals to get to the Nether for quartz. But for now, you can easily get it in the caves of the Overworld.
For every block you mine, you will get 1 nether quartz. But, if you mine with Silk Touch, the ore can be melted into nether quartz. Keep creating quartz ore in the common world just like what you did in the Nether dimension.
The Overworld Quartz Mod runs on Minecraft Forge. So, it is essential to install Forge before you implement the installation of the mod.
