It’s a creation that a few mods often require. These are CaveBiomes, VariableHeightBlocks, and WTFTweaks.
The release will give out the world-scanning possibility. It’s an essential feature that CaveBiomes and VariableHeightBlocks need. The developer has not released the latter yet.
Aside from that ability, it also starts the configuration file for all of the products of the creator. Besides, it offers other core functionalities, comprising UBC compatibility.
WTFCore is simply an API and Library mod. It’s necessary to download and install Minecraft Forge before installing it!
