Kiwi Mod 1.12.2

Kiwi is an API and Library Mod 1.18.1/1.16.5/1.12.2. You use this library mod to approach various useful utilities to create your own mod.

There are plenty of library mods that support Minecraft. Due to the usefulness of these libraries, most mod developers tend to use them to support other mods made by them. Because the libraries contain the sets of codes shared by various mods, they usually appear in the required download section. Hence, you are usually required to download them before you install the mods that get support from them. When the mod developers use the libraries, they can update, change, and fix mods at the same time in a simple way.

Some features of the library:

  • The registering is based on annotation. So, you can get your own custom registry.
  • There is a module system for you to pick to register items and blocks based on dependencies or configuration.
  • With the NBT Helper, you can approach a deep tag.
  • The library adds blocks that can be re-textured, together with its tile entity, item, as well as the recipe.
  • The recipe for infrastructure is quite dynamic. You also have some convenient recipe types.

The Kiwi library supports the Cuisine mod. Hence, you must install this library first before you install that mod. Besides this requirement, you also have to install Minecraft Forge to run the library in the game.
