RoadRunner [Forge] Mod 1.16.5 is also known as Meep Meep! It is an unofficial fork of the Fabric mod Lithium to optimize multiple areas of the game.

About RoadRunner
In fact, it is not an official fork of the famous performance-enhancing Fabric mod Lithium of jellysquid3.
The goal is to make the most use of many areas of Minecraft. So, it will bring back a better overall performance for Minecraft clients and servers.
Meanwhile, it does not require the user to install it on both sides.
Benchmarks
The developer wants to analyze whether the mod contains a tangible effect on server tick times. The development team has been working with other pack developers and server owners. So, they can generate periodic benchmarks.
Although it was pretty outdated, the result opened an overall increase in server performance. Besides, it helped them seek out some more common performance pitfalls to handle.
It’s feasible to check every benchmark result that they have gathered at https://maxneedssnacks.notion.site/23ca1bd2d36d49f587d0602244e224d7
