Notes! The project is open source. It’s completely feasible to write your own mods using the existing base library.

Unique Enchantments Base is simply an API and Library mod. However, it is a design that can involve some areas in the game. They are Magic with Armor, Tools, and Weapons. It will require Minecraft Forge. Therefore, you need to download and install the app first.
