Limited Chunkloading Mod 1.18.1/1.17.1/1.16.5 is a pretty cool mod with the ability to control and limit fragment loading to stay only X times after the player logs out. This server mod promises to give you the opportunity to enhance your Minecraft gaming experience.
In fact, after installing this mod, players will no longer create tps-lag forever when logged out and affect the playing experience of others who are online, while farms and other loaded areas remain active while the player is online. One thing that you need to keep in mind is that this mod will not have the means to download itself, it simply limits/uploads other mods after the configuration period.
